You can remove quizzes from policies, and you can replace quizzes currently assigned to policies.  If you modify or update policies, it’s a good idea to review the assigned quizzes to make sure they reflect the current policy content.  If changes are needed, you can create a new quiz for the policy to replace the outdated one.


To replace or remove a quiz from a policy in Draft or Review, follow these steps:


1.Go to Management | Policy Center.

2.Select the policy from which you wish to remove a quiz from either the Draft or Review Policies sections.

3.On the Edit Policy screen, click the Quiz link under the Cycle menu. If there is a quiz assigned to the policy, the Assign Quiz window will be displayed with the following message:


There is a quiz already assigned. Do you want to remove it?


1.Press OK to remove the quiz.
