You may select from the following types of management reports, depending on the type of information required.   Reports are grouped into three categories: Acceptance, Administration and Other. You may also generate customized reports with the Generate Report option, which allows you to configure reports based on selected fields, and to sort the results on the fields of your choice.

Report types in the Acceptance category include the following:

By Documents show whether employees have accepted the policies, or if there are still pending policies which have not been read by some employees. You can generate Acceptance reports for specific policy documents by selecting the policy.

Education reports show whether employees have taken the quizzes attached to specific policies, the score that each user has achieved on the test, and the number of attempts made by the user to pass the quiz.  You can produce a report by policies (that have an attached quiz), or by user.  You may also view quiz results that display a user’s individual responses to quiz questions.

Groups reports display employees’ acceptance of policies based on their group affiliations.  You can select specific groups to view users’ acceptance of policies specifically targeted to them.  The report shows which employees have accepted specific policies, and which have policies pending review/acceptance.

Users reports provide the capability of reporting policy acceptance for individual users.  By selecting a specific user, you can view which policies have been accepted and which policies are still pending review/acceptance.

By Date (Pending Policies) shows pending policies which have not been read by some employees within the selected range of dates.

Pending Policies shows pending policies which have not been read by some employees.

Report types in the Other category include the following:

Owner reports enable you to view policies belonging to specific policy owners.  You can search for owner names, and then select an owner to view his or her policies.

Expiration reports display lists of policies and their expiration dates.  You may select either expired policies to view, or all policies in the system, with expiration dates listed.

Audit trail reports provide complete histories of specific policies.  Select reports to view by entering a document ID number.  For each report, there are links to view the audit trail, showing comments made by reviewers and approvers; policy acceptance by users; and the complete policy content.

Inactive policy reports display a list of all policies currently inactive, including the policy version and effective date.

Compliance reports show whether employees have responded to required compliance questions for policies assigned to them. If you have access to compliance reports, you can provide updates or corrections to compliance questions that have negative responses (compliance exceptions). To correct or revise an exception, select the Correction column for a specific policy on the report, and enter the updated information.
